Chef Trevor is putting beef tenderloin in the spotlight with four thoughtfully paired courses plus an amuse-bouche, inspired by the flavors of Northern California. From tenderloin tartare to seared medallions, each dish brings something different to the table alongside our Chardonnay, Tempranillo, Mountain Cuvée, and Cabernet Sauvignon.
