The 100-year-old barn was renovated after the 2014 earthquake hit Napa and Sonoma Valley. It remains a working farm structure by day, and by night becomes a home to artists, music lovers and private events guests. This charming cottage was originally built over 125 years ago to house small oak barrels, but was later transformed into a home during the “arts & crafts” era of the 1920s.
