DEED DAY WRITING CONTEST

March 12, 1858 is the date Jacob Gundlach signed the deed to our estate and the beginning of our family’s love affair with the the land and vine. His son-in-law Charles Bundschu, a poet, started our tradition of creative writing to commemorate special occasions. We honor this history by celebrating the official anniversary of the winery by hosting the SECOND ANNUAL DEED DAY WRITING CONTEST!  In addition, the tasting room will stay open until 6pm and offer special treats too, so come on by!
