Vivid aromas and flavors of blood orange, strawberry and hibiscus tea, with notes of rhubarb and rose and a bit of brown spice. Medium weight, with a crisp, bittersweet orange finish, this dry, pale salmon-colored rosé is Spanish-inspired and bred for outdoor dining.
Estate grown, produced and bottled. Clay loam soils with gravel deposits at 70-100 feet elevation. Small block of Riscal and Mauro clones planted in 1993 - yield 2.3 tons/acre
25% neutral barrels; 75% stainless steel fermentation
