Vineyard Notes:

Estate grown, produced and bottled. Clay loam soils with gravel deposits at 70-100 feet elevation. Small block of Riscal and Mauro clones planted in 1993 - yield 2.3 tons/acre

Production Notes:

25% neutral barrels; 75% stainless steel fermentation

Food Pairing:

Pair with shellfish, or anything on the grill, from fresh prawns brushed with olive oil to marinated flank steak.
